Cycle to Work Schemes
Using a Cycle to Work voucher is a great way to spread the cost of a new bike while making a tax-efficient saving.
We’re pleased to accept vouchers from a wide range of scheme providers. However, it’s important to be transparent about how these schemes work from a retailer’s perspective.
When a Cycle to Work voucher is redeemed, the scheme provider charges the retailer a processing fee. As a small business, we’re unable to absorb these fees in full. To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, we share part of this cost with customers by applying a modest surcharge to voucher-based purchases.
Splitting the cost of this voucher allows us to continue our policy of offering a free service 3–6 weeks after purchase, to make sure that your new bike is running well, and to satisfy any warranty conditions from manufacturers.*
We believe this is the most equitable approach, allowing us to continue supporting Cycle to Work schemes while maintaining the quality of our products and service.
